BACHATA SATURDAYS

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registrations are final — we cap class sizes and plan each cycle around who's in the room, so we're not able to offer refunds or transfers once you've registered. If we ever have to cancel a course outright, you get every rupee back, no questions asked. Not sure yet? Come for a single Saturday on the ₹700 trial first — and if you decide to join the full course, your ₹700 comes straight off the price.

The specifics

The registrant changes their mind: Registration is final — no refund, no transfer.
A single class is missed, or we cancel one class: Caught up in the next session. No refund — nothing was lost.
The course is pushed by a week or so: A reschedule, not a cancellation. Dates shift, the registration carries over, everyone is notified. No refund.
The whole course is cancelled: Full refund, no questions asked. This has not happened and is not expected to.
